In perioada 1-7 martie 2010 Human Rights Education Youth Network (HREYN) organizeaza la Belgrad un curs de formare intitulat `To-gender. Training course for trainers and youth workers in Theatre of the Oppressed in youth activities on gender-based violence`. Cursul va avea loc la Belgrad, Serbia si va reuni participanti din Franta, Italia, Albania, Macedonia, Turcia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia si Romania, fiind condus de o echipa internationala de formatori experimentati. We are searching young immigrants in Romania to participate in the `Europe for all` project that will take place between September and December 2009 in Romania and partner countries: Greece, Italy, Spain and Turkey. The project will also involve an intercultural exchange and festival in Athens, Greece. The project is realized in partnership with ANCE (Greece), Hangar (Turkey), Nexes (Spain) and Xena (Italy).
The aim is to involve young immigrants in organization of a campaign for information and cultural events to promote diversity and European citizenship. The project explores themes such as identity, inter- ethnic and -cultural relation, human rights.
The group of participants will be formed out of 20 young people, both immigrants and non-immigrants, aged 16-26, residents in Romania, especially Bucharest.

Cautam tineri imigranti pentru a participa la proiectul international `Europe for all`, care se desfasoara in perioada ianuarie-decembrie 2009 cu activitati paralele in cele 5 tari europene si va culmina cu un festival in Grecia, la Atena in noiembrie 2009.
Proiectul este organizat de catre asociatia social-culturala Baraka, impreuna cu ANCE (Grecia), Hangar (Turcia), Nexes (Spania) si Xena (Italia) organizeaza proiectul “Europe for All”.
Scopul proiectului este de a implica in special tineri imigranti de generatia a doua in organizarea unei campanii de informare si evenimente culturale ce promoveaza diversitatea si cetatenia europeana, si exploreaza teme precum identitate, relatiile interetnice si interculturale. Grupul va fi format din 20 de tineri cu varsta cuprinsa intre 16-26 de ani.
Human Rights Education Youth Network (HREYN) organizes the training course “Dialogue against the Fist”. The course is dedicated to conflict prevention and promotion of peace. It aims to bring together young leaders and/or youth workers from Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation, the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Italy, in order to engage participants into a debate about the recent armed conflicts in Eurasia and the subsequent rising of cold relationships both between people and states, striving to find a constructive way to address such conflicts through cooperation within the youth field.
Giosef Unito, Persefone and Amnesty International Torino (Italy) in partnership with Baraka social cultural association organize the international training course `Gender and Violence Links` in Torino, Italy, between 26th October and 3rd November 2009. The training course aims to increase the knowledge and awareness of young people and youth workers who are in a position to act as multipliers to prevent and act against gender based violence in different local contexts. Baraka social-cultural association is selecting 2 participants to take part in the training course.

Travel costs are reimbursed up to 70% of an maximum amount of 200 euro. Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon presentation of all (including return leg) original tickets, receipt/invoices and boarding passes. This means that once home after the training, you will be requested to send us the originals of all return documents and boarding passes.
A participation fee of 45 euro is required to ensure full board and lodging of participants.
The project is realized with the support of the Youth in Action Programme.

Cursul de formare `European women yesterday, today and tomorrow` va avea loc in perioada 7-13 octombrie la Gijon (Spania) si va reuni participanti din Ucraina, Polonia, Moldova, Turcia, Georgia, Spania si Romania. Cursul este organizat de asociatia spaniola Youropia in parteneriat cu Asociatia social culturala Baraka. In cadrul cursului participantii vor dobandi cunostinte despre istoria feminismului european, egalitatea de gen, violenta de gen. Proiectul este realizat cu sprijinul financiar al programului Tineret in Actiune.
Cautam o/un participant(a) cu varsta cuprinsa 18-25 ani, vorbitoare de limba engleza, interesata de tematica proiectului, motivat sa se implice in proiecte pe tematica feminismului, violentei de gen, egalitatea de gen ce vor fi derulate ulterior de Asociatia Baraka la nivel local si international. (i.e. Vday: vday.24hbaraka.org). Este necesara participarea pe intreaga durata a cursului de formare.
Conditii financiare: 70% din costurile de transport, decontate numai daca sunt prezentate facturile fiscale si cartile de imbarcare. 100% costuri de cazare, masa, materiale pentru curs.
