Human Rights Education Youth Network (HREYN) in co-operation with the Council of Europe is organising a study session ‘Social Cohesion and Quality of Life – Human Rights Education contribution’, which will be held in the European Youth Centre Budapest from 8 to 14 February 2010. Baraka social cultural association is member of HREYN since 2007. The network aims to contribute to the development of human rights education with young people in order to promote mutual understanding, peace, friendship, respect for human dignity and human rights, non-violence and non-discrimination and act against persistent violations of human rights through awareness raising, campaigning, prevention and education in formal and non-formal settings.
